About Concrete Capital

Concrete Capital was founded by Natasha French to meet a growing need in the institutional investment world: advisors who understand both how capital is allocated and how real assets are actually delivered.

After more than two decades working across Australasia, Asia, Europe, the US, and the UK — within pension funds, private and listed organisations, governments, and social impact institutions — Natasha saw a gap.

Governance advisors often lacked real-asset experience. Real-asset experts often lacked institutional governance fluency. Few could bridge both worlds. Concrete Capital was created to close that gap.

Turning complex strategy into tangible outcomes

Natasha's career has been defined by turning complex strategy into tangible outcomes. She has led develop-to-core strategies, negotiated landmark logistics and housing transactions, overseen multi-billion-dollar portfolios, and represented pension funds on the boards of major investment vehicles.

Her work spans logistics estates, housing precincts, infrastructure platforms, urban regeneration, development, and cross-border capital deployment.

At AustralianSuper, Natasha helped strengthen the global property strategy by consolidating assets, diversifying into new sectors, and securing long-term growth across multiple geographies — aligning investment outcomes across borders, managing risk, and delivering consistent returns at scale.

Concrete Capital extends this capability to European and global clients navigating a shifting geopolitical and macroeconomic environment.

Beyond the balance sheet

Natasha is also a Non-Executive Director at Launch Housing, one of Australia's largest social and affordable housing organisations — bringing an impact lens to investment decisions at a time when funds are increasingly allocating to social purpose and benchmark-driven housing strategies.
